I’m so in! ☺️ It’s really easy to get lazy in the fall. Weather gets cooler, time change - darker outside earlier, lots of yummy comfort foods to eat. All that can add up a lot of extra unwanted pounds fast. 🤦‍♀️ We can all hold each other accountable and keep that laziness temptation away. 💪🚴‍♀️
