Ingredients
Gluten Free Easy Puff Pastry Sheet (or your favorite gluten-free puff pastry)
dairy-free butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon dairy-free milk
finishing sugar crystals
cream filling of choice

Here's how to make it:
preheat oven to 400 F
- cut puff pastry into 1/2 inch wide strips
- brush softened butter onto the cream horn molds
- starting at the point of the mold. Wrap the puff pastry strip in a spiraling fashion while overlapping slightly
- mix egg & dairy free milk until combined
- brush spiraled puff pastry with egg wash
- sprinkle with finishing sugar
- arrange on baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Bake 15 min or until golden brown
- Cool completely and carefully remove from mold
- Fill with your favorite filling
