- 1 whole chicken, butterflied
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 5 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
Here's how to make it:
