- 2 cups crushed ice
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- If desired, you could pop it into the freeze for a minute or two. Serve the ice cream with your favorite ice cream toppings. Store the ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer.
