The Best Family Travel Blogs: My Favorite Blogs for Inspiration, Ideas & Travel Tips by Sheri B Doyle

Traveling with our families is not only enriching for the education and experience, but also for the bonds we forge along the way. These are four of my favorite family blogs for ideas, inspiration and tips on how to plan and execute great getaways with the whole family:

• 2TravelDads is a great blog written by two dads traveling the world with their sons. They blog about worldschooling, skiing in the Rocky Mountains and beyond. Their experiences will hopefully give you the courage to pack your bags and see the world with your kids.

• Our Vie is a blog telling the story of a family on the road. With baby in tow the couple dedicated over a year of their lives visiting every National Park in the U.S.. Since then they have expanded outside of the States including a trip to the Ghana Make A Difference Home.

• Suitcases & Sippy Cups is written by a mom of four boys who, along with her husband, decided to tackle their fears of traveling with their kids. Their blog is full of great tips for traveling like how to entertain your kids while traveling to what to pack to survive vacation. 

• Let’s Travel Family is a blog about a couple from Minnesota who decided to take their four kids and travel full time. The blog covers traveling and also some great advice on parenting, worldschooling and how to make a living while traveling full time.
