What a lovely tribute to a truly lovely woman, Stacie Ast-Kutzbach . Thank you for sharing these wonderful memories about Barbara Bush. I think she transcends party as a truly elegant and inspiring First Lady. xoxo RIP Mrs. Bush!

We saw Barbara and George Bush at the Texans and Astros games a lot. Even when he couldn't walk, he'd have them bring him out onto the field before the games with her by his side. You could just look at her and know how much she loved him. Beautiful. She will be missed. Wonderful tribue, Stacie Ast-Kutzbach .

I love the tip! Makes us remember what's important in life. Also, I'd like to educate others on palliative care - contrary to what the news articles on Barbara Bush said, palliative care is actually aggressive medical treatment to control symptoms, bringing comfort to the patient ans caregiver(s).

Thanks for sharing this, Kathy Ast-Kutzbach . I actually did not realize that. Would you please write a tip about what palliative care is so we can get a better understanding? I would like to know. Thank you!
Kathy Ast
Of course I will! Great idea! I'll work on it. Xoxo
