Building Awareness Rocks is a non-profit organization I'm a part of that is dedicated to improving the lives of children with exceptionalities. The founders of this organization are passionate educators and parents, who have been touched by these children and the challenges they face. As educators, we understand school district budget restraints, so we strive to help provide needed resources that otherwise may not be available. Building Awareness ROCKS because we “Reach Our Communities With Knowledge and Support” and our fundraising efforts help provide parent and teacher trainings, materials, technology and scholarships to support these exceptional children.

We are excited to announce our grand opening as a new non-profit corporation! For our first official event, we are having a LuLaRoe online fundraiser. LuLaRoe is a company that designs affordable, stylish clothing and has a commitment to supporting fundraising efforts with a fundraising-matching program. To date, LuLaRoe has given more than $2 million to numerous organizations. That means for every item of clothing you purchase, you’re providing children with needed resources.
