Love this idea, and challenge accepted, Allison Peacock . I left my phone at home by accident the other day when I went to the store. You would have thought something major had happened. lol When I got home, I realized the world had continued to spin while my phone and I were separated. Think entire families need social-media-free weekends sometimes.

You are so right, Allison Peacock . The thought terrifies me, though! I will take a baby step of one day and see if I don't get the shakes, LOL! LMK how it goes for you, Donna John !

You can DO this, Elisa All Schmitz 30Seconds! I find if I don't do it at least a couple of times a month I end up needing a whole week unplugged to get back in balance. And that's not good for the email inbox to have that happen!

I will definitely give it a try, Allison Peacock - you have convinced me! xoxo

I love this. We are missing so much in our own lives by being connected all the time. I always feel better when I disconnect.

Amen. I'm going to give this a whirl! Thanks Allison!
